It’s medium roasted in small batches every week for a balanced taste and maximum freshness. Our Mexican coffee is organic, single origin, and fair trade certified. Our partnership with our co-op suppliers helps provide living wages and supports farming communities in Oaxaca that have been devastated by pests, crop diseases, and climate change.
